Our 30 Day Hassle-Free Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the item to us within 30 days for an exchange or money back refund, subject to the following terms and conditions.
We accept returns on most items we sell for any reason, so long as they are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with manufacturers tags attached.
Items Not Accepted:
- Products that have had tags removed, have been worn, smell of tobacco smoke or washed
- Hosiery products
- Teddie lingerie products; and
Return Postage & Liability
The buyer is responsible and liable for return postage costs.
We accept no liability for items that are sent for return or exchange that are lost, damaged or delayed. We recommend the use of Tracked and Insured post for the return of goods.
To initiate a return, simply contact email@example.com and advise whether you would like to return the item for exchange or refund. Our staff will respond within 24hrs with details on where to return the item, and ensure an exchange is set aside, if required.
Once we receive the return item back, we will post the exchange to you at no extra charge. In the event that an exchange item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Money back refunds are provided for the original purchase price. Postage costs are not refundable.
All refunds will be refunded to the original payment method details.
